Brown Penny

The six-piece is a contemporary indie jazz band from London and Berlin. Drawing its influences from a rich background of electronic music, rock and jazz and probably most of all Japanese indie music of the 90’s and early 00’s. Lead by Mercury prize nominee Cassie Konshi, the band’s compositions are vibrant and light, playful and young, groovy yet mysterious. But surely made to make you dance and swing.
